  PATRICK R. PFRANG

Born in the South of France, hence the strong French accent, I came to Australia in the seventies and returned to France in 1996. During all these years, I was deeply involved in a global company looking after the entire Pacific Region.

Returning to France, I took up residence in Aix-en-Provence, the capital of the famous “Provence”. It was here that I began my real estate career, assisting people from all over Europe in acquiring properties in the area.

Returning to the Gold Coast in 2004, I continued to work in the real estate industry around the Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove areas where I naturally developed a French clientele from New Caledonia

In 2008, Verne Harland and I started "Aura International", a 'boutique' Real Estate and Marketing agency. Both Verne and I aim to assist you in finding the property you are looking for, whether that be a 'home' or an 'investment.' We cater to residents from the local Gold Coast region, visitors from interstate as well as an international clientele.

Living on the Gold Coast for the past fifteen years, I have successfully been involved in the sale, purchase and rental of residential and commercial real estate across the entire Gold Coast region.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, my career was in international marketing, working for a major international trading company.Within this position I managed business in many countries, working with a variety of different cultures.

It is with this local and global experience in marketing, operations and administration that creates the confidence to possess a thorough knowledge of both local and international markets.
